I've been to chili's at this location a few times now. I usually either get the the quesidilla explosion salad or something off the 2 for $20 menu. The quesidilla explosion salad is delicious. It has lettuce, tortilla chip strips, corn, beans, tomatoes and a zesty dressing along with four pieces of cheese quesidilla. I've tried multiple items on the 2 for $20 menu like the half rack of ribs or the chicken entree but I usually regret not getting the quesidilla explosion if I do that. The 2 for $20 deal does come with an appetizer though. I usually get the chips and salsa which are really good. The service is hit or miss. Last night we waited a good 15 min for a To-go box after we had paid for our dinner.

I normally hate chili's, and only came to spend a gift certificate that I got for terrible service last time I was here. Sat in the bar on a Saturday afternoon and it actually wasn't bad. The bartender (Johnny) was prompt and friendly and the food was decent for a chain. Can't really complain.....

The food is what you would normally expect from Chilis. The service, not so much. It is mediocre at best. No real greetings, no genuine care for patrons. Being in the hospitality industry (a manager nonetheless), I expect so much more from a restaurant like this. Especially with so much competition in the area, it seems to me like a focus on service would be a top priority.

After we were promptly seated, it took forever for a server to come to the table. When she did come over, she was pleasant. However, the food was awful. Chips from chips and salsa were extremely greasy and salty. Patron margarita was too sweet and hardly had tequila or lime. Beef tacos were supposed to be shredded beef according to server, but it was mushy ground beef with way too much Mexican cumin-tasting seasoning. When we complained about the taste, waitress apologized and said the manager was coming over. He never did. I went to use the restroom and on the way back I glanced into a very messy kitchen and saw a waitress licking her hand. This will be the last time we go to any Chilis.

Ok so it's a weekday and it took 30 mins to get 2 sandwiches. The waitress just left us and didn't ever tell us why it took so long! We got our food and one sandwich was wrong. 30 mins later the next sandwich comes out and we are irritated. Our friend was already done eating her dinner by the time ours got to the table. The waitress acted very clueless but I have to say the manager really stepped up. He comped the sandwich for the really bad service that we had. I wasn't impressed by what we did eat or the kitchen times.

Terrible. Place was half empty on a Friday night. Table of 7, 2 separate checks. 6:56 PM Waiter takes our complete order Drinks, Apps and dinner. 1 group ordered wings as an app we ordered onion rings. 7:13PM The wings came and the server gave us fried peppers. We told her we ordered onion rings not peppers. She just. Picked up the peppers and left. 7:25PM told the server onion rings never came. He proceeded to bring rings that were no longer hot and had been sitting under a lamp probably since the wings came out. 7:27. The manager walks by never stops and mumbles "Food will be out shortly" 7:35 Waiter comes over and says manager won't charge us for the old Onion rings we refused to eat and sent back. We told him send the manager over. 7:37. The people at the table across from us who got to their table 15 minutes after us got their food. 7:40 We ask for manager again. He refuses to come over. Our dinner still has not arrived. 7:46. Got up and went to McDonalds. No food in sight 50 minutes after placing our order and a manager who would not come to our table.

We brought a group at 9pm on Saturday. We had to wait (expected) but it was not so bad. The new menu changes really have helped the quality and freshness of the food. Among the group : ancho salmon, chicken strips, fresh guacamole, sirloin (small but tender and well seasoned) , ribs, and burgers. Everyone was happy with entrees. The skillet mashed potatoes were excellent. The fries were cold but probably because we had so many orders they sat too long Overall we will return!!!

Should have read the reviews before visiting. EXTREMELY SLOW. went on a Friday night around 8 pm. It was not very busy, but you would have though differently by how long the food took. All I ordered was the triple dipper and it took roughly 25 minutes. Bartenders were friendly though. Did I mention how damn slow they are.

My two kids and I get there at 4:47. The reason why I know this is because right when we sat down, I took a photo of them playing with the table Kiosk and sent a text to my wife. Two table visits later (one from a flamboyantly distant male, and another from a woman who filled the kids drinks (both not our waiter)) and we had placed our order. 51 minutes later, we had not received our food. I stand and call over the manager (and wouldn't you know it before he comes, the inept wait staff cart our food to the table) and tell him that we've been waiting for a long time, infact I say, I have evidence. He starts to spin a yarn, gesticulating wildly with his hands, saying how his kitchen is 'booming' out the food tonight, and apparently he's either coked up, or an imbecile. I show him the error in his thinking by showing him the photo I took when I first sat down. He then says hold on, let me check the computer and see how long the table's been occupied. He comes back and tells me that we've only been there for 31 minutes (I guess when you lie it's better to add on a minute or two; makes it sound official I guess) but then pointed to my PICTURE OF MY KIDS WITH THE FREAKING TIME ON IT and said, Then how do you explain that. Dumb ass couldn't. I hadn't read the other reviews before coming to this horror show, and, I never use Yelp (or hardly ever) but had more than enough time to fumble through my phone to leave a review. But, my God. They all ring so true! It wasn't just me! I feel a bit better and will be using Yelp more often. If you're interested in going to a place where the manager is clearly on his employees side rather than yours (probably worried about losing his 'friends') then by all means, hop on down to this place. (I found a piece of bone in my burger too and didn't say a word. They probably would have drew weapons on me.) I did get 15 dollars worth of coupons though but will be handing them to a homeless person. Not because I hate the homeless, but, because they're probably used to eating shit.

Service here is horrible. One of the worst Chili's that I have been to. Will not be back.

I really should have read the reviews prior to going. I thought how much different could it be from all the hundreds of other locations I have been to all over the country. Boy was it bad! From the time I sat down to the time I got my food was over 40 mins!! My quesadilla was burned. I had to go to the bar to refill my soda since the server was MIA. The place was not that busy but it took forever to get service. They were not very friendly and seemed like it was a chore to get service. There were about 6or8 tvs in the bar, but they were all on one channel with most of the people working there watching tv. Will not return.

Just walked out! Depressed and unfriendly hostess had us waiting 10 minutes for a table for 5 when the place was only 1/3 full. Sat down 10 minutes later and were ignored for another 15 minutes... No one even greeted us or asked for drink order. After 15 mins waitress said she would be with us soon... Bye bye chili's that is unacceptable.

SLOW service. I absolutely will NOT be coming back to this restaurant. Worst Chili's I've been to.

I am up in Palm Beach Gardens for business and there are several restaurants to choose from on and off of PGA Blvd. I decided to go to Chili's. Upon arriving I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by no one. There were a minimum of four Chili's employees sitting / hanging around the front of the restaurant. Eventually one of them looked at me in a non welcoming manner and I indicated that I was a party of one. I was promptly seated and that was about it, no can I get you something to drink or anything. I waited for about 10 minutes before my server Grace finally showed up and asked what I would like to drink. During those 10 minutes I seriously contemplated leaving to go to TGI Fridays next door, but I was in the mood for Chili's type food so I sucked it up. After I placed my order for my drink, I waited about another 10 minutes before my Coke Zero arrived, what a joke. After that I placed my order, that took FOREVER, 20 minutes to be exact. I was keeping track after it took so long for my waitress to show up. The food tasted as expected, it was not bad. After I was done with my order, I kindly asked for the check, that took about 5 minutes, not bad. I gave the young lady my credit card and then that took an eternity also. I come up to Palm Beach often for business, I am NEVER going back to this Chili's location again. I prefer to go to the other offerings around there.

Went to Chili's with the family last night. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table quickly. Unfortunately, the front door was to be the highlight of the evening. We were shown to our table and waited approx 10 minutes for our waitress to make an appearance and ask for our drink order. She didn't suggest any appetizers and as she was walking off I remembered I liked the chips and salsa last time I visited a Chili's. Our drinks arrived in the appropriate amount of time. The chips were greasy. Perhaps the oil was old or wasn't hot enough. We began to notice our table was very wobbly, apparently the base was broken. We asked to be moved, which was handled quickly since it wasn't at all busy. The waitress commented "yeah, that's the worst table". Maybe the host wasn't a highlight after all, he sat us at the worst table in an empty restaurant. The new table shared an issue with the prior table. The finish on the wood was worn down and had that tacky, sticky fee. It appeared clean but aged. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. It was very basic, almost clumsy in presentation and very average. I'm not expecting 5 star, but for $77 for the family (2 adults, 2 kids), I expect the food to be at least attractive and tasty. All in all it reminded me of the Carnival cruise experience, great place to get drunk and not care what you are eating.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm normally a fan of Chilis, but my recent visit on 4/16/13 left a lot to be desired. I sat in the bar area booths so I could face the TVs since I was alone. The view would have been OK if the hostess didn't continuously walk back and forth to the kitchen in front of the table. She was obviously bored. I ordered the 6-ounce sirloin cooked medium and it came out well, but I ate it anyway and showed the server it was overcooked. She apologized and a few moments later a female manager came and apologized and offered a new steak, which I declined. The manager then offered to half the price of the entree, which was appropriate. I was not checked on again until I had been finished with my meal for about 5 minutes. I had a coupon for a free dessert and got the molten chocolate cake, which is pretty much the only reason I keep returning. It was only so-so and not as good as others I've had in other Chilis. The check came and I put cash on the check tray in plain view on the edge of the table but it still wasn't picked up for about 8 minutes. Then it took another 5 minutes to get change, which I thought was unusual since most servers are back within 2 minutes. Not a great experience and I won't return to this location when I'm back in town.

We were visiting Palm Beach about two years ago and the food and service was very good. Today, we ordered our dinner to go. No one showed up in the to-go parking area, after about five minutes, so I decided to go in. The dry rub ribs didn't have any dry rub on them and we ordered the guacamole dip but we're given regular salsa. On the bright side, the food was still warm even after the ten minute drive back to the resort. The restaurant is hard to find in the shopping center. It was two years ago and it still was today. We couldn't find a single sign with Chili's on it even though it is beside the TGI Friday, which has several arrows pointing towards it.

haven't been to a chili's in a minute and they reinforced my subconscious aversion to foregoing their spot. found the nut of aka a nut-and-bolt in my salad! wtf?! the manager and server were on point with the apologies and gift card, but i'm giving the gift card to someone that i don't like all that much! metal in your food during lunch? that's foul!
